I’m undecided that I’ve had it long enough for an adequate review, but are using each alternative day for about a month currently. The thusreness is gone so i am hoping the advantages have begun.
Pros: Heavily designed and contrary to alternative reviews, I actually have found it simple to fold up and established. The press bar and foot board that comes with sits in their holes fairly well but want a trifle coaxing to induce out at rock bottom. i think that point will help with this. Cons: Nothing extremely with the machine itself. Frankly though, although there are allot of exercises listed, most are just slight variations of a awfully few basic ones. As a minor thing – one DVD provides a decent workout routine and then says at the end “come back on Wednesday for the cardio workout” – that does not exist on the DVD.
Overall: i am very proud of the acquisition thus far and have no regrets. This together with a reistance bike could be a good all around workout. I asked my doctor if this might be an adequate system since I’ve lost allot of capacity of cardio as a result of a foot downside. He asked if it got me winded and could keep me winded? once I advised that it definitely does, he advised that it in turn, it’s raising the center rate and would conjointly function an adequate cardio workout.
